Abstract: THE COLLECTION WILL OBTAIN INFORMATION FOR DETERMINING THE LEVEL OF SATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE BLM PROGRAM TO A BROAD CROSS-SECTION OF DIRECT AND IN-DIRECT USERS. THE SURVEY WILL ALSO IDENTIFY AREAS WHERE IMPROVEMENTS IN PROVIDING SERVICE CAN BE MADE.
