Abstract: THE DESCRIPTION AND NOTIFICATION FORM IS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE DATA INP INTO NPS' AUTOMATED PROJECT INFORMATION SYSTEM, WHICH PROVIDES TIMELY DATA ON PROJECTS FUNDED OVER THE LIFE OF THE L&WCF PROGRAM. SUCH DATA IS USED TO MONITOR PROJECT PROGRESS AND ANALYZE OVERALL TRENDS IN L&WC ASSISTANCE.
