DESCRIPTIONS, MAPS, AND PLANS OF THE PROPOSED ACTIVITY. THIS
INFORMATION IS USED BY THE REGULATORY AUTHORI IN DETERMINING
WHETHER THE APPLICANT MEETS THE APPLICABLE PERFORMANCE AND
ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS FOR THE SPECIFIC TYPE OF MINING
ACTIVITY.
