Terms of Clearance: Approved under the following conditions, to which DOL has agreed: -- DOL will revise current item 5 to a two-part question. The first part will ask if the product is only used on American Samoa, or if use offshore. Respondents indicating that the product is used offshore wi answer the second part, which will ask whether the firm or the purchas pays for the cost of shipping. This will allow the industry committee to determine whether shipping costs are a cost of doing business, replacing analysis of the less useful data in current item 5 about country of destination. -- DOL will revise the example of hourly wages in p. 3 of the instructions from $1.45 per hour to a more realistic minimum wage leve
