Abstract: THE RULE 33 REQUIRES THE COMMISSION TO CARRY OUT THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 4 OF THE ELECTRIC CONSUMERS PROTECTION ACT OF 1986 (ECPA) CONCERNING THE LICENSEE MAKING INFORMATION REGARDING CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE LICENSED PROJECT READILY AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. THIS RULE (92-5) REDUCES THE NUMBER OF COPIES OF A LICENSE APPLICATION FROM ORIGINAL AND 14 TO AN ORIGINAL AND 8 COPIES. IT FURTHER PROVIDES
