Abstract: IN ITS GOAL TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND TIMELINESS OF OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, THE OFFICE OF AVIATION SYSTEM STANDARDS PROPOSES TO CONDUCT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEYS. THESE SURVEYS ARE INTENDED TO BE ONE-TIME ONLY WITH POSSIBLE FOLLOW-UP SURVEYS IF DATA INDICATES MAJOR CHANGES IN SERVICES AS REQUIRED.
