Abstract: THIS FORM, NHQ DIV. 715, WILL BE USED TO PERIODICALLY SURVEY AND MONITOR THE USE OF NASA'S "SPACE STORY" AND "FRONTIERS" PROGRAMS THAT HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED TO RADIO STATIONS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY. IT PROVIDES THE NECESSARY INFORMATION FOR NASA TO MEASURE THE EFFECTIVENE OF THESE PUBLIC SERVICE PROGRAMS.
