THE COMMISSION BELIEVES THAT EXISTING
LABELING WARNING OF THE HAZARDS OF BURNING CHARCOAL INDOORS IS NOT
ADEQUATE TO PROTECT CONSUMERS FROM INJURY AND DEATH. THE COMMISSION
NEEDS TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF ADDING A PICTOGRAM TO THE WARNING
LABEL AS AN AID IN WARNING THOSE WHO DO NOT READ ENGLISH.
