Abstract: 10 CFR PART 150 PROVIDES CERTAIN EXEMPTIONS FROM NRC REGULATIONS FOR PERSONS IN AGREEMENT STATES. IT ALSO DEFINES ACTIVITIES IN AGREEMENT STATES OVER WHICH NRC REGULATORY AUTHORITY CONTINUES, INCLUDING CERTAI INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USE BY NRC TO MAKE REPORTS REQUIRED BY INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS AND CARRY OUT SAFEGUARDS PROGRAMS.
