Abstract: SBA PROVIDES COUNSELING ASSISTANCE TO SMALL BUSINESSES. COUNSELORS COMPLETE THE FORM 1062 AND REFLECT DATA ON CLIENT AND THE COUNSELING PROVIDED. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO PLAN, MONITOR, AND CONTROL PROGRAMS OF ASSISTANCE AND TO PROVIDE DATA TO CONGRESS AND OMB ON THAT ASSISTANCE.
