Abstract: THE FOOD COUPON DEPOSIT DOCUMENT IS USED BY ALL FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS WHEN REMITTING FOOD COUPONS TO THE FEDERAL RESERVE. THIS FORM ALLOWS FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, THE FEDERAL RESERVE, AND THE FOOD AND NUTRITIO SERVICE TO TRACK FOOD COUPON DEPOSITS.
