Abstract: THE CENSUS BUREAU IS IMPLEMENTING PROGRAMS DESIGNED BOTH TO MAINTAIN T LINK BETWEEN THE MAF AND THE TIGER DATA BASE AND TO ENHANCE THE COVERA OF THE MAF/TIGER SYSTEM. THE CENSUS BUREAU MUST ADMINISTER THE FARSAS FORM TO STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY AND USEFULNESS OF REFERENCE MATERIALS REQUIRED BY THESE PROGRAMS.
