Abstract: WE USE THE SURVEY TO GATHER ESTABLISHMENT LEVEL DATA FROM MULTIESTABLISHMENT OF THE SSEL. THE SSEL PROVIDES A STANDARD BASIS FO ASSIGNING INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION CODES OF ESTABLISHMENTS ENGAGED IN ALL AREAS OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY AND A SINGLE UNIVERSE FOR THE SELECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF STATISTICAL SAMPLES OF ESTABLISHMENTS, LEGAL ENTITIES, OR ENTERPRISES.
