Abstract: AS A RESULT OF AN INTERNAL MANAGEMENT STUDY, ITA ADOPTED A MANAGEMENT STRATEGY TO TARGET EXPORT ASSISTANCE EFFORTS TO THE INFREQUENT EXPORTE ITA DISTRICT OFFICES MUST HAVE A VEHICLE UPON WHICH TO SCREEN UNSOLICITED CALLS FOR ASSISTANCE AND A VEHICLE UPON WHICH TO MAKE APPROPRIATE REFERRALS TO SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONS AND AGENCIES.
