Abstract: THE PUBLIC BROADCASTING ACT (47 U.S.C 390-394, 397, 399B) AUTHORIZES GRANTS TO BE AWARDED FOR THE PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATIO COMMUNITY MUST COMPLETE A STANDARDIZED FORM TO PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR EVALUATION BY PTFP THROUGH A COMPETITIVE REVIEW PROCESS.
