In accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, as amended, an 5 CFR
1320, this information collection request is approved through May
1, 1995. It remains unclear whether question #27 will elicit the
kind of information that is being sought to inform the planning and
management of Guilford Courthouse National Park. The National Park
Service should clarify and reword question #27 so that it more
directl solicits the demographic information that is needed.
