Abstract: THIS STUDY WILL MEASURE JOB CORPS IMPACTS ON PARTICIPANTS' EMPLOYMENT AND RELATED BEHAVIOR AND ASSESS THE PROGRAM'S COST EFFECTIVENESS. CONGRESS AND DOL WILL USE THE STUDY TO GUIDE TRAINING POLICY DECISIONS PROGRAM APPLICANTS, RECRUITERS, AND CENTER OPERATORS WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE STUDY.
