Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by ED's 10/31/94 memorandum to OMB. Approval is conditional on ED's commitment to collect information about collection of student loans by time cohortthrough the National Student Loan Data System. ED shall also indicate in the 1189 that HEA Section 428(e) is the source of information on lender referral fees. Last, we note that the source of information on repurchase agreements is a non-regulatory agreement; ED shall include this agreement in future submission of thi form as the underlying authority for this section of the form.
