Abstract: FERC-542 IS REQUIRED BY THE COMMISSION TO DETERMINE IF AN INTERSTATE PIPELINE'S RATES COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE RATES/CHARGES AR JUST AND REASONABLE AND NONDISCRIMINATORY OR UNDULY PREFERENTIAL. IF, AFTER PRELIMINARY REVIEW, THE RATE FILINGS ARE SET FOR FORMAL HEARING, THE DATA UNDER FERC-543 (RATE TRACKING, FORMAL) ARE COLLECTED. RM94-1 REQUIRES THAT CHANGES OR DELETIONS TO THE RATE FILINGS BE "HIGHLIGHTED OR TO USE THE "STRIKEOUT" FEATURE TO INDICATE THE CHANGES.
