This ICR is
approved until the end of November, 1995, the expiration date of
the principal ICR for the Land Disposal Restriction program. At
that time, EPA shall consolidate the requirements in this ICR with
those in the principal LDR ICR.

EPA IS ADDRESSING NEW INFORMATION
COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR LAND DISPOSAL RESTRICTIONS FOR NEWLY
IDENTIFIED ORGANIC TOXICITY CHARACTERISTIC (TC) WASTES (EXCEPT
THOSE MANAGED IN CLEAN AIR WATER AC (CWA) SYSTEMS, CWA-EQUIVALENT
SYSTEMS, OR CLASS I SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT (SDWA) INJECTION
WELLS), AND FOR ALL NEWLY LISTED COKE BY-PRODUCT AND CHLOROTOLUENE
PRODUCTION WASTES. THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL AFFECT

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
