RESPONDENTS MUST SUBMIT A ONE-TIME DEMONSTRATION OF REDUCTIONS ACHIEVED. STATE/LOCAL AGENCIES WILL EVALUATE THESE DEMONSTRATIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF GRANTING COMPLIANCE EXTENSIONS.
