SECTION 6 REQUIRES A LENDER OF A FEDERALLY RELATED MORTGAGE LOAN TO GIVE THE LOA APPLICANT A STATEMENT DISCLOSING CERTAIN INFORMATION AND REQUIRES HUD ISSUE A MODEL OF THAT STATEMENT. HUD ALSO PREPARES A MODEL FOR THE NOTICES OF ACTUAL TRANSFER OF SERVICING WHICH SECTION 6 NOW REQUIRES SERVICERS TO ISSUE.
