Abstract: SECTION 232(A) OF P.L. 233-103 ESTABLISHED THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT GRANT PROGRAM TO WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE EXISTING SECTION 108 LOA GUARANTEE PROGRAM.
