Abstract: NASA PRODUCES VIDEO TAPES EACH MONTH TO REPORT STATUS OF ITS PROGRAMS AND RESEARCH UNDERWAY. THESE TAPES ARE MAILED TO TV STATIONS THROUGHO THE COUNTRY FOR USE AS PUBLIC SERVICE PROGRAMMING OR AS NEWS FEATURES. THIS "POST-CARD" REPORT IS USED TO MEASURE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TAPES AND PROVIDES THE DATE AND TIME THEY WERE AIRED.
