Abstract: COMMON CARRIER OPERATIONS, COMMUNICATIONS OPERATIONS, MICROWAVE RADIO PART 21 PRESCRIBES THE MANNER IN WHICH RADIO SPECTRUM MAY BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR DOMESTIC COMMUNICATION COMMON CARRIER AND MULTIPOINT DISTRIBUTION SERVICE NON-COMMON CARRIER OPERATION REQUIRING TRANSMITTI FACILITIES. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC CONSISTS OF APPLICANTS AND LICENSEES THE DOMESTIC PUBLIC FIXED RADIO SERVICES.
