Abstract: FCC 800A IS USED AS A METHOD OF VERIFYING IF LICENSEE HAS PLACED STATION INTO OPERATION AND FOR NOTIFYING THE COMMISSION OF THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF MOBILE UNITS PLACED IN OPERATION AFTER LICENSE GRANT. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO UPDATE DATA BASES AND INSURES EFFICIENT SPECTRU UTILIZATION.
