Abstract: FORM FMHA 1910-11 IS NECESSARY TO COMPLY WITH OMB CIRCULAR A-129. THI DOCUMENT INFORMS FMHA LOAN APPLICANTS OF FEDERAL DEBT COLLECTION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES PRIOR TO EXTENDING CREDIT. FORM IS ALSO BEING REVISED TO NOTIFY APPLICANTS THEIR RECORDS WILL BE CHECKED IN ORDER FO FMHA TO DETERMINE DELINQUENCIES AND/OR DEFAULTS ON FEDERAL DEBTS.
