Terms of Clearance: This Application for the Nursing Education Loan Repayment Program (NELRP) is approved for use through 12/97 with the exception of question F pertaining to race/ethnicity. OMB believes that inclusion of this question could lead to respondents' mistaken impressions that application processing would depend upon racial/ethnic variables. OMB recommends that HRSA collect this information later through separate, sampled survey of applicant universe.
