Abstract: TO DETERMINE THE IMPACT OF THE FINAL RULE ON THE ECONOMIC, SOCIAL, CULTURAL, AND HEALTH STATUS OF RESERVATION AND URBAN INDIAN POPULATION RESPONDENTS WILL BE USERS OF THE IHS AND TRIBAL HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, AND WILL BE SELECTED FROM 11 IHS AREAS EXCLUDING CALIFORNIA.
