Abstract: EPA IS COLLECTING INFORMATION FROM THESE COMPANIES ABOUT CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES AND THEIR USE IN FACILITIES IN MEXICALI THAT MAY CONTRIBUTE TO POLLUTION IN THE NEW RIVER. THE INFORMATION WILL ASSIST IN DETERMINING POTENTIAL INDUSTRIAL POLLTUION IN THE RIVER. IT WILL ALSO ASSIST EPA IN CONDUCTING A RISK ASSESSMENT AND IN NARROWING THE SCOPE
