Abstract: CERTAIN INFORMATION IS NEEDED FROM A PRODUCER AT LOANMAKING IN ORDER T TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY OF THE PRODUCER AND THE COMMODITY FOR PRICE SUPPORT. THE COTTON AND SEED COTTON LOAN REGULATIONS REQUIRE INFORMATION AND CERTAIN ACTIONS THE PRODUCER MUST TAKE TO COMPLY WITH THE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS.
