Abstract: A TWO-PART STUDY WILL BE CONDUCTED OF COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS (CHC'S) FUNDED UNDER SECTION 330 OF THE PHS ACT. PERSONAL INTERVIEWS WITH CHC USERS WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION ON HEALTH STATUS, UTILIZATION OF AND SATISFACTION WITH SERVICES, AND SOURCES OF CARE. DATA WILL ALSO BE ABSTRACTED FROM MEDICAL RECORDS FOR A SAMPLE OF VISITS.
