Abstract: CUSTOMERS ARE FROM RELATED WATER AND ELECTRICAL SERVICE UTILITIES, I.E FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL ENTITIES, NATIVE AMERICANS, UNIVERSITIES, TH PRESS, ENVIRONMENTAL GROUPS, THE LEGAL COMMUNITY, CONSULTANTS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
