Abstract: THIS REPORT IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE COMPLIANCE WITH TITLE VI OF ENTITIES ASSISTED BY EDA. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO DETERMINE IF THE ENTITIES ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TITLE VI OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 19 AND DEPARTMENTAL AND AGENCY REGULATIONS. THOS ENTITIES CREATING OR SAVING LESS THAN 15 JOBS AS A RESULT OF EDA ASSISTANCE ARE NOT REQUIRE TO COMPLETE THIS REPORT.
