Abstract: THIS REPORT IS USED FOR FEDERAL MONITORING OF STATE BUDGET ESTIMATE PAYMENTS, TO COMPLETE THE MAXIMUM FUNDING AUTHORIZED, AND TO DETERMINE AMOUNT OF FEDERAL SHARE OF PROGRAM EXPENDITURES.
