If no revisions are required as a result of these discussions, OMB will act expeditiously on any DOL request to extend approval. Also, by the next submission for clearance, DOL will report on progress toward full electronic reporting of this information, as each State is required to have an automated system by September 30th and ETA will provide a "Record Definition" as soon as possible thereafter.

THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL BE USED FOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, BUDGET FORMULATION, STATE FUNDING, AND MONITORING FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE GRANT STATEMENT OF WORK.
