Abstract: REGULATION IS BEING AMENDED TO EXCLUDE EARNED INCOME TAX CREDITS FROM BEING COUNTED FOR ANNUAL INCOME, TO ASSURE INCOME EXEMPTED BY FEDERAL STATUTES IS NOT USED TO WITHOLD ELIGIBILITY, TO ELIMINATE THE REQUIREMENT THE AGENCY POST SELECTED NAMES, AND TO REQUIRE APPLICANT/ BORROWER TO SUBMIT FEDERAL INCOME TAX RETURNS AS PART OF A COMPLETE APPLICATION.
