Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION PROVIDES MAILING LIST FOR DISTRIBUTION OF THE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION PACKAGE TO POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED APPLICANTS. SCREENING PROCESS ALLOWS THE AIR FORCE FORMS MANAGEMENT OFFICE TO SAVE THOUSANDS OF PRINTING DOLLARS ON UNUSED APPLICATIONS.
