Data Collection activities are Phase
Two of the "Descriptive Study of Head Start Bilingual and
Multicultural Program Services." Thirty sites, selected from the
results of the National Survey of each. Through interviews and
focus groups, in-depth information will be gathered on bilingual
and multicultural services, challenges and innovations.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
