Abstract: THIS SURVEY PROVIDES PREVIOUSLY UNCOLLECTED DATA. IT PROVIDES THE CULTURAL BACKGROUNDS AND LANGUAGES OF HEAD START CHILDREN. IT OBTAINS DATA FROM MULTICULTURAL AND BILINGUAL PROGRAMS ON SERVICES, CHALLENGES AND INNOVATIONS. OF THE UNIVERSE OF 2,006, 1,806 WILL RECEIVE THE SHO FORM OF THE SURVEY AND THE REMAINING 200 WILL RECEIVE THE COMPREHENSIV SURVEY.
