THE PURPOSE OF THIS STANDARD AND
INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT IS TO PROVIDE PROTECTION FOR
EMPLOYEES FROM THE ADVERSE HEALTH EFFECTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE
OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE TO METHYLENE CHLORIDE. EMPLOYERS MUST PROVIDE
OSHA ACCESS TO VARIOUS RECORDS.
