Abstract: EPA IS ADMINISTERING A DETAILED QUESTIONNAIRE TO A STRATIFIED STATISTICAL SAMPLE OF 300 FACILITIES IN THE TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT CLEANING INDUSTRY (TECI). DATA WILL BE COLLECTED ON TEC OPERATIONS, WASTEWATER TREATMENT OPERATIONS, EMPLOYEES, AND REVENUES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES.
