FCC has identified data elements it will use in preparing electronic application to be used for Multipoint Distribution Services and Instructional Television Fixed Services. Six month approval is granted to allow FCC to involve affected public in developing form. Commission will resubmit collection prior to expiration date if data elements are substantially changed per 5 CFR 1320 or if collection is better defined. FCC will also update burden figures.
