BROADCAST STATIONS TO SEND NOTIFICATION TO COMMISSION WHENEVER
TECHNICAL PROBLEMS MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO MAINTAIN MINIMUM
MODULATION LEVEL FOR MORE THAN 10 DAYS UPON RESTORATION OF NORMAL
OPERATIONS. THE DATA USED BY FCC STAFF TO MAINTAIN TECHNICAL
INFORMATION ABOUT STATION OPERATION. THIS INFORMATION NECESSARY TO
RESPOND TO PUBLIC COMPLAINT ABOUT STATION OPERATIONS.
