IMPOSSIBLE TO OPERATE TV STATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH TIMING AND
CARRIER LEVEL TOLERANCE REQUIREMENTS AND VARIANCE WILL EXCEED 10
DAYS. DATA USED BY FCC STAFF TO MAINTAIN TECHNICAL INFORMATION
ABOUT STATION TO BE USED IN EVENT COMPLAINT IS RECEIVED FROM PUBLIC
REGARDING STATION OPERATIONS.
