Abstract: Section 73.37(d) requires applicants for a new or major change AM broadcast station to make a satisfactory showing if new or modified nighttime operation by a Class 3B station is proposed. Section 73.37(f) requires modifications that result in spacings that fail to meet any separations to include a showing that an adjustment has been made.
