THE PURPOSE OF THE SMALL BUSINESS INNOVATION RESEARCH (SBIR) AND SMALL BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER (STTR) PHASE I AND II APPLICATIONS IS TO PROVIDE A VEHICLE BY WHICH SMALL BUSINESSES CAN APPLY FOR AVAILABLE RESEARCH FUNDS.
