Abstract: THE CONSOLIDATION LOAN REBATE FEE REPORT FOR PAYMENT BY CHECK OR ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT) WILL BE USED BY APPROXIMATELY 400 LENDERS PARTICIPATING IN THE TITLE IV, PART B, LOAN PROGRAMS. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED TO TRANSMIT INTEREST PAYMENT REBATE FEES TO THE SECRETARY OF ED.
