Abstract: FERC-545 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED BY THE COMMISSION TO DETERMINE IF AN INTERSTATE PIPELINE'S RATE FILING COMPLIES WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR SECTIONS 4, 5, AND 16 OF THE NATURAL GAS ACT AND/OR ORDER NO. 636 (RESTRUCTURING RULE) AND THAT THE CHARGES FOR THE TRANSPORTATION/SALES OF NATURAL GAS ARE JUST AND REASONABLE. NOPR ISSUED 12/16/94 IN DOCKET NO. RM95-3-000 PROPOSES AMENDMENTS TO PART 154 OF THE COMMISSION'S REGULATIONS TO REFLECT THE POST ORDER NO. 636 REGULATORY ENVIRONMENT.
