Abstract: THE COMMISSION WILL USE THE INFORMATION TO DIRECT TRANSMISSION SERVICE BY A TRANSMITTING UTILITY AFTER A REQUESTOR FOR SUCH SERVICE HAS NOTIFIED THE TRANSMITTING UTILITY 60 DAYS PRIOR TO NOTIFYING THE COMMISSION. THE COMMISSION WILL MAKE A DETERMINATION OF AN ACCEPTABLE TRANSMISSION REQUEST UNDER SECTION 211 OF THE FEDERAL POWER ACT.
